  • Shipping Policy

    At Astteria, we pride ourselves in our excellent service and support, which of course includes our free and fully insured shipping policy. This includes worldwide destinations such as the EU, UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Japan, Thailand, China, HK, UAE, and Turkey. USA shipments are sent from New York; EU shipments are delivered from London; China orders arrive from Shanghai, while other locations receive shipments from unspecified sources. The estimated delivery time is generally one to seven days, depending on the destination and the location of the specific item. Shipments can only be delivered to addresses. POB shipments are not possible, as signatures are required upon delivery.
  • Duties and Taxes

    Import duties/custom clearance fees are included in the price for deliveries in the USA, UK, China, and HK. While they are not included in deliveries to other countries, we are happy to help our customers find out about the fees in their specific country and region. VAT/sales tax differs from country to country. In the USA, it is not collected by us in most states. It’s the customer’s responsibility to pay the taxes. In the UK, the VAT is added to the price at checkout.
  • Returns

    We offer a 100% money-back guarantee within 30 days of receiving the product. Customers from countries other than the USA, EU, UK, China, and HK need to receive the custom duties refund back from their local authorities. Additionally, we provide free return shipping in the USA. Regarding the rest of the world, the customer should contact us for more information. In order to receive the full refund one must provide the following:
    • The certificate that is included with the item
    • An undamaged item
    Please note that Bespoke items that are returned will have 50% of the setting cost deducted from the refund.
  • Jewellery Upgrade

    At Astteria, buyer satisfaction is vital to us. This is the reason that we offer a diamond jewellery upgrade service. If you purchase any diamond piece from us and would like to change it at any time in the future for a higher-priced diamond piece, you will be able to use the full value of the original purchase towards the diamond piece you have chosen. To be eligible for the upgrade program, please note that the following criteria must be met:
    • Lifetime upgrade only available for any jewellery piece that we sold except for loose diamonds.
    • The new item's price must be at least double the price of the original item.
    • There are no discounts for the new item.
    • There is a mandatory 250 USD renewal fee.
    • In order to receive a refund for an upgraded item, the new item must be returned within 10 days. After this time period, we cannot guarantee the availability of your original piece of jewellery.
    • Custom order upgrades require one to return the original custom order and pay the difference including the upgrade fee, plus 50% of the cost of the setting.
  • Reservations

    Requests to reserve items can be done from the product page. However, this is subject to approval.
  • Appraisal

    Appraisals are conducted by Astteria (based on retail price) for every order and are signed by a certified gemologist.
  • Certification

    Most of our items come with a gemological report (usually GIA for diamonds, GRS/Gubelin for Gemstones.) The relevant certification can be found on each product page. If you have any questions regarding the certification, please do not hesitate to reach out for assistance.
  • Warranty

    We provide a one-year warranty for all jewellery pieces and will fix any type of manufacturing defect for free, excluding the cost of lost diamonds. If it wasn’t caused by a manufacturing defect we will notify you regarding the type of repair that is needed and whether or not it will be at cost. Astteria will not honor the warranty of a jewellery piece that was maintained, repaired, or resized by anyone other than Astteria. We do not provide a warranty for jewellery pieces damaged through typical wear and tear or when worn and used incorrectly.
  • Payment Methods

    Astteria accepts a variety of payment methods:
    • Money Wire - 5% off the website price
    • Credit Cards - All cards are accepted
    • Domestic Personal Checks - 5% off the website price
  • Custom Orders

    In order to make a custom order, payment must be done through a bank transfer or credit card. Refunds for such items do not include 50% of the set cost.
  • Ring Resize

    We offer a free ring resizing when possible, depending on the design, the current ring size, and the requested size.
  • Bracelet Resize

    Shortening a bracelet is free of charge. Lengthening a bracelet, however, usually requires extra payment due to additional stones or gold that are needed.
  • Trade-in Services

    Astteria will consider buying your pre-owned diamonds and gemstones when the following criteria are met:
    • A GIA or equivalent certificate is provided
    • Clear pictures/videos are available
    • An asking price is submitted
  • Inspections and Showroom Visits

    We accept visitors by appointment only in the following locations: London, HK, New York, Tel Aviv, and Shanghai. Inspection in our offices or in 3rd party premises (like Brinks) is possible. The customer is required to cover the costs of the stone transfer when no purchase is made.
