Items will be shipped once your payment has been processed.
We ship through Brinks, Malka Amit or Fedex to ensure secure shipping. All shipments are insured. You will receive a tracking number for your package so that you can keep track of its progress.Please allow us 1-7 days for handling of your item. You will receive your item within 14 business days of your order (not including custom orders).
We can only send orders to a home or work address, unfortunately we can not send to PO boxes. Packages must be signed for by an adult upon arrival.
In office pick up can be arranged. Call or email us to set up a pick up at our most convenient location.

We accept payments through Paypal and bank transfer. For our Chinese customers we also accept Alipay.
We are happy to offer a 5% discount on on purchases paid through bank transfer. After you complete your checkout you will be provided with our bank information and further instructions. Once you have completed the checkout and transfer we will wait for confirmation from the bank that we have received the payment. Once we receive confirmation your order will be on its way!
Customs & Taxes
While we do pay all shipping costs, we do not pay any customs, VAT, duties or surcharges incurred by the item upon arrival in your country. We highly recommend that you check the customs and VAT policies in your area before you complete your order, such that there are no unpleasant surprises when your package arrives. Calculator*
We accept returns for 30 days from the day you receive your item. No questions asked. No need to explain.
Returns are accepted as long as the following conditions are met:
1. The item is returned in its original condition.
2. The item is returned with its original certificate. If the certificate is missing the customer will be charged the price of a new one.
For custom orders only the main diamond will be refunded. Unfortunately we can not refund the cost of the setting and labor cost. In this situation the setting, of course, is yours to keep.
We offer free return shipping for our US customers.
For international returns we unfortunately can not offer free return shipping, but the item can be any one of our offices: Israel, New York, Las Angeles, United Kindgdom or China. We ask that you return the item via secure shipping option (Brinks, Malka Amit or Fedex).
In order to return an item:

Your money will be refunded within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. Money will be returned in the same way the original payment was made.
Best Price Guarantee
Show us a valid offer for a comparable diamond at a better price than ours. The offer must be publicized on a retail website. Email offers do not qualify. Should we determine that the diamond is in fact comparable and priced lower than ours, we will meet our competitor's price and offer an additional 3% off. Using the GIA reports, we will determine whether the two diamonds are comparable based on their size, shape, color, clarity, depth and table.
We are happy to accommodate a diamond viewing in a place close to your home. We request that you place a 10% refundable deposit in order for the diamond to be sent. If you choose to purchase the diamond after seeing it the deposit will be put towards the purchase price. If you choose not to purchase the diamond, we will fully refund the deposit upon receiving the stone back in our office. Shipping to and from the inspection is free. The diamond can be viewed in any one of our offices, associate office or Brinks office, your choice. Viewings in our office or affiliate offices are free. Viewings at a Brinks office will be charged the inspection fee.
Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty on Jewelry
We believe in the craftsmanship and quality of our jewelry so we are happy to offer a lifetime warranty on damages that occur due to manufacturing defects. If damage occurs to your item, you can send it to any one of our international offices to be assessed. If we determine that the damage has occurred due to a manufacturing defect we will fix it, free of charge, and refund all shipping costs. This warranty does not cover wear and tear, although under the warranty we do offer free services such as cleaning, polishing and prong tightening and re-dipping for white gold. We do ask that for these services the customer pay for shipping.
